Great location near popular attractions and shopping areas. Modern and comfortable rooms.- Delicious breakfast.- Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was not properly finished, with damaged furniture and paint on walls. In-room safe not working.

200 metres away from the hotel there is Salon Canton, which is a good dining choice. Quick room service. Brilliant place for a trip in Caracas! We enjoyed the fact that we chose property caracas...

The hotel is situated in a safe neighborhood, allowing guests to easily explore the surrounding area on foot without feeling unsafe. the staff is described as very nice and friendly, providing a welcoming atmosphere.
The hotel's buffet breakfast leaves much to be desired, with guests mentioning dry and hard empanadas and arepas, cold scrambled eggs, and low-quality juice. the limited food options and unwillingness to provide more food when it runs out can be disappointing for a satisfying morning meal.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable and large bed. the air conditioning was cool and silent, ensuring a good night's sleep. the mini bar was reasonably priced and offered a good selection of drinks.
There was no hot water in the shower, which was disappointing. It would have been more convenient to have a breakfast option within the hotel.
